Feeling stressed or anxious? Then why not try the traditional Chinese mind-body exercise of Tai Chi Qigong. These exercises combine slow deliberate movements with meditation and controlled breathing which when practiced regularly will aid relaxation and improve wellbeing.
Led by an experienced instructor with a background in Tai Chi Qigong for mental and physical wellbeing, these sessions provide a gentle introduction for anyone to practice.
Suitable for all abilities.
