- Public Display: Information submitted for a Business Listing (name, address, contact details) and content posted in Location Communities will be visible to the public.
- Service Providers: We share necessary data with trusted third-party providers who help us run our service, including Stripe (for payments), web hosting providers, and analytics providers.
- Legal/Regulatory Bodies: We will disclose data if legally required by a court order or other legal process.
How and Where Do We Store Your Data?
- Security: We use appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures (including SSL encryption) to safeguard your data.
- International Transfer: We process your data primarily on secure servers within the UK or EEA. Where providers are outside this area, we ensure appropriate safeguards (like Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.
